Tiruppugazh – Vol 10 Transliteration – Book Release – Sun, Aug. 28th

Murugan Temple of North America is proud to celebrate the release of the tenth-volume of Tiruppugazh – திருப்புகழ்.
Tiruppugazh – “Glory to the Lord” or “Divine glory” is a 15th century anthology of Tamil religious songs dedicated to Murugan, written by the poet-saint Arunagirinathar.
A brief book release function will be held at the Temple on Sunday, August 28th, in front of the Murugan Sannidhi between 11:30am and 12:15pm, at which time the Tenth Volume of the Book series on Tiruppugazh – transliteration, interpreation and annotation, by Sri Gopalasundaram will be released. The earlier volumes of the series were released in the Temples in India and the US.
All devotees are invited to attend the function for releasing a book on the important devotional literary work on Lord Muruga.
